Point your phone camera at the medallion, or type the link printed on your box insert.
Create or log into your account
Use your email to set up a free account, or log in if you already have one.
Enter your loved one's basic details
Add their name and a few key dates to begin the memorial.
Upload photos, videos, biography and memories
Add as much or as little as you like — you can always come back and add more.
Preview your memorial page
See exactly how the page will look to family and friends before you share it.
Share with family and friends
Anyone who scans the medallion can now visit the memorial and leave a tribute.

Troubleshooting
Run into a snag? Here are quick answers to the most common questions.
Try these quick fixes:
- Gently clean the medallion surface.
- Move into good, even light and avoid glare.
- Hold your phone steady about 15cm away.
- Still stuck? Type the setup link printed on your box insert instead.
You can edit the memorial anytime. Just log into your account and open the page — add photos, change text, or update details whenever you like.
On the login screen, choose "Reset password" and follow the email instructions. If you're still locked out, contact our support team and we'll help you back in.
Make sure the surface is clean and dry, then press the medallion firmly for 30 seconds. For headstones and uneven surfaces, our team can recommend the best adhesive — just reach out to support.
