Wholesale Memorial Medallion

Cherished Lives designed its memorial sites to be user-friendly and easy for your customer to create themselves at home. We provide you with the physical medallion to give to the customer and can handle all the technology and support.

We have built a user-friendly site with an easy-to-follow setup process, including extensive step-by-step instructions and videos online should they need it. We are also available to answer support questions online, including having a detailed technically-informed chatbot for instant responses, as well as human responses when needed.

We also understand that some funeral homes and businesses wish to provide high levels of service or may have a customer that is uncomfortable with technology. If you wish, funeral directors can help customers with the site creation process, even remotely. Through their email address, employees can be given access to memorial sites that allow them to help edit text, upload photos, or input information like family names, milestone life events, or donation and gravesite links. Whether or not you offer this service is completely up to you.

To help a customer set up a new memorial site, they can be added as a manager on the site. This will enable them to upload and edit text, photos, and videos; input information; and help with allowing access for others.

We strongly recommend initially registering the medallion under a family member's email address, as they will become the site owner. Then the funeral director and other family members can be added as managers, if desired. We also recommend having the funeral director manage under a general company email address. That way if a the funeral director is unavailable, another employee can access the site if needed.

When a funeral director logs into Cherished Lives with this email address, they will be able to view all the memorials they have access to on one page and can select the desired one. For quick access, this list is searchable for funeral homes managing a large number of memorial sites.

To be added as a manager, please follow these steps:

To authorize family, friends, or a funeral director access to help Manage a memorial site for which you are an Owner/Manager, log in to your Cherished Lives account.

1. From the Main Menu, select Memorial Profiles.
2. Find the person's memorial site you wish to grant co-manager access to and select the Manage Users button.
3. Select Managers from the Viewers/Managers toggle button.
4. Click on +Invite Manager
5. Enter their email on the window provided and click Invite.

This person is now authorized to edit the site and will receive a welcome email with a link to the site. If they do not have a Cherished Lives account under that email address, they will need to create a free one for security purposes.

If you wish to remove someone's Manager status, go back to the Manage Users page and click on the trash can next to their name.

Cherished Lives can support customers directly with their questions as well as any business inquiries you may have. We have set up an extensive website with step-by-step setup instructions, FAQs, and helpful videos. We also offer a highly sophisticated chatbot for instant answers, as well as having humans available with quick response times. Our human customer service is email-based, as this allows us to send detailed instructions, verify site management credentials, and enable customers to provide images if needed.

Cherished Lives does not mandate a set retail price. As we also sell products online directly to consumers, we recommend falling inline with these levels, which typically range from $89.95 for a single medallion to $139.95 for a Signature Set bundle. If funeral homes want to provide set-up assistance services to customers and charge a premium for this, that is allowed.

Funeral homes and businesses may also bundle the Cherished Lives medallion into funeral packages where the price is not itemized.

Should Cherished Lives raise its average consumer-direct selling price, we will notify our wholesale business customers.

Cherished Lives provides extensive training and sales materials online for our business partners, including step-by-step instructions, training videos, and downloadable files. All product purchases include full-color glossy tri-fold brochures that can be provided to customers.

Should a customer's QR code medallion be lost or damaged so that it cannot be scanned, Cherished Lives can replace it with a new QR code medallion that will link to the existing site. These replacement medallions are provided directly to the customer at a discounted rate.

Please have your customer contact Cherished Lives at support@cherishedlives.com and provide their name, the email address the site is registered under, and the loved one's name on the memorial site. We will be able to send them a replacement directly to their home or a place near the gravesite.

No - neither your business nor customers need to download an app. Everything is based off the web and accessible through your standard web browser. Memorial site management and product ordering are handled through your email address ID and a security password.

Cherished Lives memorial sites are accessible from smartphones, tablets, and computers using common software platforms such as Microsoft Windows, Apple, and Android.

You can easily view your loved one's memorial site even if you are not near the medallion's QR code. Here are several ways:

• You can find their site by going to our website's Memorials Directory in the main menu. Enter your loved one's information to be connected to their site.
• Once you are at the memorial site, you can bookmark it in your web browser. You can return to it with a quick click from your browser's Bookmarks folder.
• If you want to edit, manage, or view their memorial site, you can go to the Manager Login link and log in with your account email and password. You will be able to view all your managed Cherished Lives memorial sites as well as those you have bookmarked.
• You can take a photo of your medallion's QR code that you can share. It can be scanned by people just like the actual medallion.

Each medallion has a unique QR code linked to a Cherished Lives memorial page that you build for your loved one. To set up the memorial page, simply scan the QR code with your smartphone, tablet, or computer and follow the onscreen instructions. After you have set up the site, visitors can scan the QR code with a smartphone camera to instantly open photos, stories, and tributes about your loved one — no app is needed. You can also share your memorial site with others through email, text, or social media.

There is no limit to the number of memorial photos, videos, or audio files that you can have in your site's Media gallery.

Audio files, which can include meaningful songs, recordings of your loved one's own music, or even voicemails, should be in .WAV or .MP3 audio file formats.

Yes - you can update your memorial page whenever you wish. Just log in to your Cherished Lives account here to add or delete material, change existing text or photos, or connect to new family memorials.

You are in full control of who can view your loved one's memorial site. Keep it private and share it only with selected family and friends, or make it public for family, friends, and visitors from all over to learn about your loved one. This setting can be switched whenever you like.
